Report copyright concerns, respond to a removal, and find our designated-agent information.

Version 2026-10-08

Designated agent

A registered DMCA agent has not yet been published for this service. This page does not represent that registration is complete or that DMCA safe-harbor protection is established.

You can still report copyright concerns to support@dezajn.com or through our content-reporting form. These are general reporting channels, not a substitute for a registered agent.

Copyright notices

Identify the copyrighted work and the exact URL of each allegedly infringing item. Include your name, address, telephone number, email, and physical or electronic signature. Explain that you believe the use lacks authorization from the rights holder, its agent, or the law. Confirm the accuracy of the notice and, under penalty of perjury, your authority to act for the rights holder.

We assess notices, may request missing information, and may restrict or remove material. Knowingly false claims can have legal consequences. We may share the relevant notice with the affected uploader to allow a response; avoid unrelated sensitive information.

Responding to removal

If you believe a copyright removal was a mistake or misidentification, identify the removed material and its previous location. Include your name, address, phone, signature, and a statement under penalty of perjury explaining that belief.

A statutory DMCA counter-notice also requires consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate US federal district court and acceptance of service from the complainant or their agent. For a US address, this is the district where you live; for an address outside the US, it is a district where the service provider may be found. Send the response to the published designated agent when available. General appeals can also use the content-reporting form.

For valid statutory counter-notices, restoration is generally considered between 10 and 14 business days after receipt unless the rights holder provides notice of court action seeking to restrain the disputed activity. Other legal or platform grounds may independently prevent restoration.

Repeat infringement

Repeated substantiated copyright infringements can result in account restriction or termination in appropriate circumstances. We consider the notices, responses, outcomes, and applicable law, and respect qualifying standard technical measures. An allegation alone does not establish infringement.
