Referral Program Terms
These terms explain lifetime referral commissions, first-sale rewards, eligibility, payout timing, taxes, refunds, and program safeguards.
1. Eligibility and enrollment
Only authenticated Dezajn designers who complete Stripe Connect onboarding and have payouts enabled may enroll as referrers. Enrollment requires accepting the current version of these terms. Dezajn may pause or terminate enrollment for fraud, abuse, legal risk, or platform misuse.
2. Attribution and lifetime commission
The first valid invite link clicked by a new Dezajn account wins permanently. Existing accounts cannot be attached retroactively. A referrer receives a lifetime commission equal to 5% of the referred designer’s recorded designer earnings for each qualifying order item. Dezajn funds this commission; it never reduces the referred designer’s configured earnings or product price.
3. First-sale reward
A designer may receive one first-sale reward only when they joined through a valid referral relationship and complete Stripe setup before any qualifying fulfilled, non-refunded sale. The reward is snapshotted by region: USD 15 (USA), EUR 10 (EU/Czech Republic), GBP 10 (UK), or AUD 15 (Australia). The snapshot does not change when a user later changes preferences.
4. Qualifying purchases and holds
Rewards are created only after verified paid checkout items exist. Fulfillment, delivery, refund, dispute, cancellation, and fraud gates apply. Rewards remain pending until the same delivery and wallet-release hold used for designer earnings completes. Guest checkout requires a non-empty email different from both participants’ account emails. Authenticated buyers cannot be either participant, and self-purchases are not eligible.
5. Wallet, reversals, taxes, and termination
Released rewards are credited to the referrer’s existing Dezajn wallet in the original order currency. Refunds, disputes, canceled fulfillment, and premature-release repairs reverse rewards idempotently. Stripe Connect withdrawals remain subject to account eligibility and any applicable holds. Referrers are responsible for taxes and records applicable to amounts they receive.
